Recently FB launched new security measures known as Facebook Login Approvals - 2 Steps verification ("Secure Facebook Accounts"). This is a new feature by Facebook Account Security in which we have to validate our-self 2 times, before logging to FB Account. New security method ensures that any hacker in the world can't access our FB Account. As hacker will not be also to validate for a new verification method which requires a Mobile Number.

What Actually Facebook Login Approvals 2-Step Verification Will Do ??
If you have successfully enabled this verification method then you will be asked to Enter your Username and Password as usual to access your account. But you will be also asked to enter the verification code which you will get in your mobile phone via sms. Thus after this Security you have to go through Two Step Verification to get logging to your account. (Note : This second step will only be asked if your account is logging with another computer)
